Changes:
Requires Nox 3.06.12
Changed the zone list on the add mux page to display inactive and active zones.
Included nox api, dod.api, report.cico, report.cico.csv, api.dll, and dod.shipment.report in the release files
Fixed the sort order of the .xml files on the wawf/vim uploader admin page.
Updated css classes for check in and check out event types.
Added absent/present counts to the live feed.
