Search the FAQ for entries containing:
1. Press the button labeled "Setup/Exit" on the front of your printer.
2. Press the button labeled "Setup/Exit" again, then increment to "Load Defaults" using the "+" (positive/plus).
3. Press "Setup/Exit" again to finish loading default settings for your printer.
4. Press the button labeled "Setup/Exit" on the front of your printer.
5. Press the button with a right arrow until you reach "Sensor Type"
6. Use the "+" (positive/plus) button to change this to "Mark".
7. Press the button labeled "Setup/Exit" twice.
8. Turn off the printer and turn it back on.
9. When the status panel reads "Ready", hit "Pause" and hold down the "Feed" button. This should start calibration of the labels.
10. Once the labels are calibrated, roll back the label stock and unpause the printer.
