FAQ > Orders and Billing > How do I place an order?
Web Order: "DoD" orders are fast and can be quickly placed on the website. Feel free to call us and we will be happy to walk you through it. Website orders give you instant confirmation, and your order will be shipped as soon as possible -- almost always same day.
Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders via E-Mail (support@simplyrfid.com) and Fax (1-800-887-7236). We will confirm the receipt of your PO and email you a sales order as soon as possible within 1 hour of receipt.
E-Mail Orders: We accept orders through email. Most importantly we need to know what item you are interested, method of payment, and shipping speed. We will email you a sales order within one hour to confirm the details.
Phone Orders: We do accept orders over the phone. We'll work through the detail process and send you a sales order for approval.
