We discontinued OnDemand in 2010, in 2011 we announnced that we will no longer be offering support for OnDemand related issues. We were unable to make all of the changes that would be needed in the future to the product and the work needed would be equal to building a new product. We have since come out with NoxOnline for DoD which is a completely online, browser based service that produces labels for DoD shipments as well as uploads the information directly to WAWF or VIM-ASAP.
