The most common reason an NSN will not save is incorrect data. Check the top of the screen above the NSN data to make sure that there are no error messages. Since the contract data downloaded from VIM-ASAP will rarely, if ever, have information about the number of cases you put in a pallet, or even the number of items you put in a case, these values are imported as "0". They MUST be changed in order for Nox to function properly, as Nox will not work with a value of 0 in either of these cases.
