FAQ > Nox Core > I am trying to pack a box of items and getting an "Exception:Over"

Search the FAQ for entries containing:

There are three possibilities for this.
1) There are too many items in the box, double check the number of items in the box. Remove any extra items and repack.

2) There is a tag near the conveyor/pack table that is being picked up by the antennas, make sure there are no extra RFID tags within 5 feet of the antennas.

3) The "Items per Case" is set to an incorrect value. To fix this, find the NSN that you are trying to pack, in the "Items per Case" field make sure that the correct number is entered. Also verify that the rest of the information listed for the NSN is correct. Click Save.

Once you have fixed one of these possibilities, attempt to pack the box again.  Your box should now pack successfully.
