Search the FAQ for entries containing:

Remote printing is useful for those that need to print, but the Nox server is not local to their network. It will download a print file to your computer, which is then sent to your printer via the "Driver" file you download for that printer.
1. Click on "Setup"
2. Click on "Printers" on the right hand side
3. Click on your printer in the printer list
4. Click on "Download Driver" on the right hand side. Choose to save this in a location you can find it and will not delete it.
5. Try to print a label. This will generate the .np file and ask to download to your computer.
6. Open this file. This will say "Windows can't open this file", and ask you what you want to do. Click the oval next to "Select a program from a list of installed programs", then click "Ok". This will open the "Open with" dialogue box.
7. Make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file", then click on "Browse"
8. Browse to the driver batch file that was downloaded in Step #4. Select that.
9. Click "Ok" on the "Open with" screen, and it should print the file.
10. Do another test with a single label to make sure it prints without all the above steps. You should only have to click print, then open what it downloads to your computer.
