If you have a single CLIN item that requires shipping in 2 or more boxes, you must tag every box.
a. Tag ALL boxes with an RFID tag.
b. Send the RFID value you placed on BOX 1 of the multi-box shipment
c. You do not need to send the additional RFID tag values.
In the future, the DoD plans to modify their RFID systems to handle additional RFID tag data, however, they want to ensure suppliers are tagging today to prepare for the future.
