RFID on a headlight Part 2 - Long Term Test

A few months ago, we reported about an RFID tag we left on our car headlight.

After five months on the headlight, the adhesive seems to be giving out. Actually, it is stil holding but it was picked at a bit and started peeling back and can not be called reliable at this point. 

The simple answer is:

• RFID: OK!
• Synthetic tag: OK!
• Adhesive: Fail.

We're still looking for stronger adhesives. Has anyone had good experiences with all weather adhesives?

For tag adhesives, I suggest speaking with WS Packaging, they have a lot of knowledge on this topic.
